Abstract:

Expansion and development of SOCIAL SECURITY and overcoming sickness, aging, unemployment, poverty risks and so on have always been a strategic goal and also a long - term strategy for all communities and governments in the world. This aim is a powerful instrument for making SECURITY, stability and SOCIAL equity. For reaching to this purpose first should be setting the quantitative and qualitative objectives and compare those with macro structure of economical, SOCIAL, cultural and political SYSTEMs of each country.Even though in Iran has been made many efforts for SOCIAL SECURITY SYSTEM development in the last fifty years and this development also protect great number of urban workers, but this trend has not been compatible with basics of SOCIAL SECURITY SYSTEMs like comprehensiveness, sufficiency and universality for Iran's new society. For above reasons and with attention to deep economical and SOCIAL changes, especially movements from centralized economical to decentralized economical structure (Market Economy), should be review conformity between SOCIAL SECURITY SYSTEMs with market economy factors.Of course breach of market economy regulations will give cause for imbalance between SOCIAL SECURITY funds incomes and outcomes and reduces SOCIAL SECURITY services level in long term which is against basic human needs. This article has been studied relations between SOCIAL SECURITY SYSTEM (SOCIAL insurance and SOCIAL protection) and economical structure for scientific analysis of SOCIAL SECURITY role in Iran's economy.

Abstract:

Many countries in Asia is undergoing significant demographic, SOCIAL and economic transformations which challenge the capability of SOCIAL SECURITY schemes to adapt to new emerging needs and the problem of rising SOCIAL SECURITY costs. The Republic of Korea established the first medical insurance Act in 1963. Abstract:

This paper discusses the situation of SOCIAL policy in Iran under the rule of the modern state through the spatial coverage of the SOCIAL SECURITY SYSTEM. The investigation using documentary and a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods has considered the inequality amongst provinces under the shadow of SOCIAL SECURITY which in the recent century has led to a situation of the center-peripheries. Territorial centralism of the modern state and consequently the Tehran-axial which itself mutually fosters centralism and center-peripheral inequality, a SYSTEM of planning from above and distribution of occupation opportunities, industry and services, and the allocation of SOCIAL policy-making, economic and welfare resources based on the capital in the period of Pahlavi state and its continuation into the period of the Islamic Republic has resulted in spatial imbalance and reduction and stabilization of the political-economic and SOCIAL situation of marginal regions which so-called the peripheries. Inequality and distance between regions in the shape of center-peripheries has led to the imbalance in the coverage of the SOCIAL SECURITY SYSTEM throughout the country since the SOCIAL SECURITY SYSTEM and its insurances expand following the cycle of industries, employment and services.

Abstract:

One of the fundamental rights for women is the right to motherhood. Islam concurs the essential role of family in societies and on the account of the important role of mothers in the development and education of children, the rights and responsibilities of mothers holds a prominent position in Sharia Law. Principal Human Rights documents mention the right to motherhood and articulate the measurements regarding its protection. Under the influence of religious doctrine and international instruments, Iranian domestic law has incorporated protective maternity laws. This article seeks to study the provisions mentioned above in the context of Iran's SOCIAL SECURITY obligations to provide medical care and monetary benefits for mothers.

Abstract:

Leprosy was one of the oldest diseases and one of the issues that humans were involved in all societies including Iran. The present research, by raising the question, what effect did SOCIAL SECURITY have on the health SYSTEM and the status of lepers in the middle period of Iran? It examines the relationship between the SOCIAL health SYSTEM and SOCIAL SECURITY with a case study of lepers. The result of the research, which was carried out with an interdisciplinary approach and a descriptive-analytical approach, confirms that the society and government of Iran in the middle period, like many societies of the pre-modern era, had SOCIAL rejection of lepers on their agenda. "Hot disgrace" of the mentioned disease had imposed a distinct, independent, but inferior and deprived of existing facilities on the lepers. This shame used a negative approach in dealing with lepers by implicating the sufferers and accusing them of guilt in contracting the disease. This approach turned leprosy from a medical-biological issue into a cultural-SOCIAL issue and inevitably forced the lepers to accept conditions that they themselves had no part in creating. SOCIAL SECURITY in the society's agenda covered only the non-leper majority and excluded lepers as those who threatened the existing health and SECURITY SYSTEM from its safe inclusion; In a way that the lepers also accepted these conditions and suffered the suffering and consequences arising from it.

Abstract:

Anti-SECURITY variables for any government are considered fundamental priorities for its survival. Therefore, the countries' policymakers focus on identifying and eliminating the variables. Afghanistan's SOCIAL SYSTEM has certain variables and entanglements that have increased the scope of this complexity with the intensification of the waves of modern civilization and its spread to this environment. This article focuses on understanding the SOCIAL roots of SECURITY in Afghanistan. Therefore, the current research seeks to answer the question, how does the SOCIAL SYSTEM of Afghanistan affect the SECURITY coefficient of Afghanistan? According to the hypothesis of the research, Afghanistan has an active three-gap society, which leads to tension in Afghanistan. The findings of the study show that this society with three Gaps creates a continuous cycle of tension, causing its consequences to be exported to the surrounding countries. Therefore, the internal SECURITY of Afghanistan and the SECURITY of Afghanistan's neighbors are affected by the changes and developments in Afghanistan's SOCIAL context. This research is developmental the research method is qualitative, and the type of document analysis and its tool is the Note-taking method.

Abstract:

Extending the insurance coverage and protection, and SOCIAL SECURITY SYSTEM lead to an increase in life expectancy, improving the quality of individual lives, enhancing the cultural competency of healthcare, reduction of poverty, balancing the income distribution, risk reduction, uncertainty of the labor force in the coming years (retirement), and its overall impact on various aspects of life (economic and SOCIAL). Therefore, in the present study the relation between SOCIAL SECURITY and human development index in Iran is investigated.  In this study, using experimental and theoretical models, based on time-series data of 1370-89, the model case is estimated. The results obtained from the estimation of the model show that the index of the ratio of the number of those insured by SOCIAL SECURITY to the economically active population, and the proportion of the covered SOCIAL-worker to the active population have positive and significance impact on the human development index, and as a result, approves the research hypothesis based on positive effect and significance of the SOCIAL SECURITY indexes on human development in Iran. But the ratio of the pensioners to the economically active population has negative impact, and therefore the human development index rejects the research hypothesis based on positive effect of insurance coverage on HDI index.
